The next Internet Council Meeting will be held February 21-22, 2008 at Loews New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.

ACCOMMODATIONS

NACHA has a room block at the Loews New Orleans Hotel. The room rate is $209 single or double occupancy. Please call 1-866-211-6411 (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm CDT) and ask for the NACHA Internet Council Meeting room block. The cut-off date for reservations is Tuesday, January 29, 2008. Although NACHA is holding a block of rooms, but this is not a guarantee of availability through the cutoff date. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please make your reservations early. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. These deposits are only refundable if notice is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival & a cancellation number is obtained. After January 29th, reservations will be made on a space and rate available basis. Please remember you are responsible for making your own travel and hotel arrangements.

MEETING MATERIALS

Meeting materials will be distributed in an electronic meeting booklet. Members and attendees will be notified when it is completed.

Dress for the meeting is business casual.

Associate Members

Internet Council Associate Members are assessed a meeting fee of $1045/person per meeting. There is no limit to the number of meeting attendees per organization. If you are an Associate Member of the Internet Council, please indicate your preferred method of payment on the meeting registration form, and someone from NACHA will contact you to provide payment instructions.
